V Belts - Mafdel Thermoweldable Belting

There is a large choice of V-belts in polyurethane or polyester elastomer in various hardnesses from 85 degrees shore 'A' to 100 degrees shore 'A', with or without aramid fibre or polyester reinforcement.

The large choice of finishes covers all handling needs in terms of adherance, slipping and also resistance to abrasion, to temperature or chemical products. Cogging, which allows the use of small pulleys, is available on the whole range.

Mafdel V-belts are available from 6 x 4mm (Y), 8 x 5mm (M), 10 x 6mm (Z), 13 x 8mm (A), 17 x 11mm (B), 22 x 14mm (C), 32 x 19mm (D). Availability of these sizes varies between ranges.

Reinforced belts do not require the reinforcement to be drilled out before welding and may be welded end to end or overlap joined for greater joint strength.
