MSRT Installation Tool

Available as aluminum MSRT, MSRT8 & MSRT9 Multiple Rivet Driving Tools. The Aluminum MSRT Applicator includes two SR700 Multiple Guide Blocks, two SR759 Multiple Drive Rods, two 4 lb. Hammers, Lubricant, and one Canvas Carry Bag.

Lightweight and portable application tool. The new scalloped design of the riser plate allows for fast, accurate alignment of fastener strips on the anvil plate. The riser plate positions the belt for easier feed into the fastener strips. Robust design of clamp bar with Acme threading provides maximum holding capabilities, especially on thick, high tension belts where a safe, strong hold is required. Clamp bar and riser plate have been designed with serrated grips for more secure clamping and operator efficiency. Use Rapid Loader™ Collated Rivet Strips to load 20 rivets at one time for reduced installation time and increased operator efficiency.

RSC187Installation kit

Holds fasteners securely in proper alignment and guides staples as they are driven. Install two staples simultaneously for fast and simple splicing. Also provides a solid anvil surface for initial staple clinching.

The RSC187 comes complete with guide blocks and driver. Standard tool can be used to install all three fastener sizes. Also available in sizes to match a variety of belt widths. Wider tools are available for production lacing and fabrication shop requirements

Staple Setting Plate

Use the Alligator staple setting plate to achieve a smooth, finished splice. Heat-treated steel plate puts the finishing set on staples. Features countersunk bolt holes for easy mounting

 

Hinge Pin Cutters

Cuts bulk hinge pin cable quickly and easily. Provides a clean cut with no frayed ends.

 

Hinge pin Retaining Washers

Retaining washers prevent migration of nylon-covered cable hinge pins. Check hinge pins frequently during the first few hours of operation to determine whether migration is a problem in your application

 

Rough-Top Belt Skiver

Durable, hand-operated tool for quick and clean removal of rough top from light - medium duty belting.

Permits lower fastener installation to minimise splice profile

 

Ready Set Staple Guide Blocks

It is easy to convert the standard C187 Alligator staple installation tool to Alligator ready set staples. Simply replace standard guide blocks with the ST5-5 staple guide blocks

 

Flexco-Lok Tape

Flexco-Lok® Tape is a rigid nylon tape that helps eliminate belt ripple on plied or solid-woven belting, so belts run smoothly over pulleys and under cleaners. Used with Flexco® Bolt Hinged and Flexco® Bolt Solid Plate Fasteners. Also helps seal the splice against seepage of fines and moisture. Ordering numbers are FL7C (7/16" tape width) and FL11C (11/16" tape width). Tape comes 100' per carton.

 

R2T Tool

The economical priced R2 Fastener application tool is light-weight and portable, so it is ideal for quick repairs. The six-pound (2.7kg) R2T tool installs up to 12" (300mm) of R2 fasteners in one pass. For wider belts, simply move the tool over. For use with standard SR™ self-setting rivets and a two-pound (0.9kg) hammer.

Templet

 

Templets for Bolt Solid Plate fastener installation are required for 90° and 45° splice applications. Templets simplify installation by providing an accurate guide for precise placement of bolt holes. Lengths for all standard belt widths are available.

Belt Punches and Boring Bits

Belt Punches or Boring Bits are used to punch holes through the belt. A punch is preferred for general use where belt cover is over 3/16" (5mm) thick.
